Data Nerd
I started my journey in data when I was working in an IT department of a Fortune 500 company. I was tasked with maintaining the business intelligence reporting system for internal stakeholders. I thought it was so cool seeing tables and rows upon rows of information and how it all moved through the architecture. It was like watching a rube goldberg machine, and at the end of this machine, would be a carefully crafted report.
From working closely with how data moves, I learned that even how the data is displayed and visualized is important. A couple jobs later, I became a report specialist/data analyst at a medium software company. My clients wanted to see reports that mattered to them. Data tells a story and I want to tell it in a understandable and smart matter.
What I do:
Business Intelligence Administration, SAP Business Objects, SQL, Data Visualization, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), Data Structures.
What I'm Improving on:
R, AWS infrastructure, Python, Predictive Analytics.
